Online & Mobile Banking Are Down

Watch for an announcement next week that the new platforms are ready!

Steps you will need to take

1.  Obtain the following information for September 8, 2021

  • Your account number (Can be found at the top right of your statement.)
  • Your social security number
  • Your date of birth

       2.  Re-enroll in online or mobile banking

We are upgrading to a new online banking platform with lots of new features and a fresh new look.  All your account information and billpay will transfer to the new platform.  You will need to setup access to your information by re-enrolling.  The new mobile app is available in the App Store or Google Play.

Important Statement Information

Online and Mobile Banking will be upgraded on September 3rd.  On or before September 2nd, you must login to Online Banking and download any past statements that you may need, (for taxes, end of year, etc.)  Your September statement will be available to download from September 1st until September 3rd at 4:00 pm.  To access the new Online and Mobile Banking system on September 8th, you will need to know your account number, date of birth date and social security number to re-enroll.  You can find your account number at the top of your account statements.  Online and Mobile  banking will not be available from September 3rd though 7th.  Watch for an announcement if we are able to bring the platform up earlier.

Your account number can be found at the top right of your statement.  If you’re not sure about your account number, please contact us to confirm that you have the correct information.  You may do this at anytime and we’d recommend you contact us before September 3rd to prevent any delay.

Branches Closed, Online & Mobile Closed - Blackout Dates 

From 4:00 pm on Friday, September 3rd though Monday, September 6th our branches and drive-thrus will be closed as our staff upgrades our system.  During this time you will not be able to access your information online from either the old or new online banking platforms.  On Tuesday, September 7th our branches will re-open, however you may not be able to access your account information online just yet.  Watch for an announcement online and on social media.    

On September 8th or anytime after that, you can begin your new setup.  Remember to have these 3 bits of information handy when you begin - your account number, your social security number, and your date of birth.
