
Multi-Factor Authentication Helps Keep Your Information Safe
We utilize MFA to keep your online banking information protected. When you login to your online and mobile banking you have the option to receive an email code or SMS code (text message) to verify that it is you. It is important that your email address and mobile phone number are up-to-date. When you enroll be sure you have access to the email or phone number you include in your profile. If you need to change this information, click on your profile picture in either online or mobile to update or verify your information or to make changes. You can also give us a call to update your information.
When you login, follow the instructions on your screen to receive an email or SMS to complete the MFA. You have the option to designate your device as trusted by selecting the remember me button at login, then you will not need a code each time you login. You may need to do this with every device you use, or if you clear your history or make other changes to your device.
