Your Account Number is Key to Enrolling
If you are having problems enrolling in online and mobile, you might be using the wrong account number.
Your account number, a.k.a. member ID, can be found on your account statement in the top right corner. It is not the long number on the bottom of your check or the number on your debit card.
If you are unsure of your number
It is best to check with us first before trying to enroll with a variety of numbers. Please stop in or call. You can email us too, be sure to include your phone number so that we can call you back. We will not send account information via email.
